It's really annoying how people question my schedule bcs I'm the kind of person who THINKS before I do something, especially ward schedules. I take a lot of things into account — how long they'll be working, who their partner will be, who will stay until oncall review.
For today's schedule, yes, the acute person is PA5. But she has a partner, a tagger who has been in surgical for almost 2 weeks.
And they'll both work until thursday.
So?
What's the problem here?
Pastu nak aku letak yang am ke kat acute? Yang tu lagi obviously takkan ada until oncall review. Lepastu complain lah pulak, oh, kenapa jaga acute am? Habislah tagger jaga sorang sorang.
Siapa je yang bukan tagger yang amp? Rem? Dia kerja harini je, esok cuti. Lepastu esok, aku tukar lagi orang yang jaga acute. Ha tukar tukar orang acute sampai mampus. Every day tukar tukar, takde orang tahu cerita from A to Z, pastu???
Sorry aku memang bitter bila orang question decision aku sebab aku berfikir sebelum aku buat jadual.
