People, hello! I sad. So sad, sir! *tiru Jibam* Neomu neomu. Like seriously, this is just so damn crazy! Guane nak tinggi sampai 169-171 cm ni?
Sekarang, saya akan minum protein 3 kali sehari!
Oh God, apakah? Rajin ke saya minum protein 3 kali sehari? Boleh ke? Kalau saya uat sekali tu terus 6 spoons full of protein, boleh? Susah pulak nanti saya nak minum. But demi ketinggi saya yang tak berapa nak tinggi ni, saya akan try and push myself! Sekurang-kurangnya, reach 160 cm by next year!
Wait, that means saya kene increase 12 cm lagi in order to capai 160 cm?
KENAPA?!
TIDAAAKKKK!
Oh, wait, saya dulu pernah search cara nak tinggi! Ada cara-2 dia. Therefore, saya akan start all over again and buat balik semua bende yang dia tulis tu. From stretching till drinking protein. Tapi, bout minum protein tu... A bit malas. Tapi takpe, saya akan suruh mak saya paksa saya setiap hari! By hook or by crook, I'm gonna drink that thingy yang memang rasa tak sedap tu everyday!
About stretching, I will stretch and at the same time, I will try to do the split! I've stopped for years and now, I wanna try to do it again!

Ni bukan a way dah ni. Banyak ways dah saya dapat ni, cuma nak pilih yang mana satu aje. Kene kuatkan usaha, tabah menghadapi protein tu. Oh, God!
